Report a problem
Tell us what happened and we will look at it. You do not need an account, and you do not need to have been on the call — if you have seen something from Ronda anywhere else, that counts.
What happens next
Every report is read by a person. Reports about anyone who may be under 18, and reports about images or recordings of someone shared without their consent, are looked at the same day and everything else within two business days.
Where a report is founded we remove the account, and we keep what we are required to keep for as long as the law requires. Serious matters are passed to law enforcement.
We do not tell them who reported them
The person you report is never shown your name, your email, or that a report exists at all until we act on it. If we have to hand something to law enforcement they may require your details, and we will tell you if that happens rather than let you find out afterwards.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and we cannot reach anyone faster than the police can. Once they are involved, write to safety@ronda.live and tell us so, and we will preserve what we hold.
