How you get matched
You press one button and join a queue. The moment a woman is also waiting, you are both put straight into the call — nobody rings and nobody has to answer, so there is no ringing phone and no awkward pause while somebody decides.

The first seconds are free
Every call starts with a few free seconds before anything is charged. That is long enough to see each other and decide, so moving on to the next person costs you nothing. It exists because a system that charged from the first frame would quietly punish you for the calls that were never going to work.
Who is on the other side
Women on Ronda are paid for the time they spend on calls, and they are verified before they can appear: a government identity document and a photograph of them holding it, checked by a person. The face on camera is the face on the document, and she is over 18.
She can end any call at any moment, for any reason or none — the same as you. Being paid does not oblige her to do anything, and anyone suggesting otherwise is breaking the rules.
If you do not share a language
Typed chat is translated both ways as you go, across more than thirty languages, and you can change language in the middle of a call. Most of the good conversations here are half spoken and half typed.
Keeping someone
A minute into a call you can add each other. Friends show up on your home page when they are online and you can call them directly instead of going back through the queue. She is never told if you added her and you are never told if she added you.
What you cannot do
