Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME — to be filled in once incorporated] (“Ronda”, “we”, “us”), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Ronda is
Ronda connects two adults at random for a one-to-one video call. One side buys time in advance; the other side is paid for the time they spend on calls. We provide the connection. We are not a party to what happens on a call.
Ronda is an adult platform. Calls may include nudity and sexual content between consenting adults.
2. You must be 18 or over
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not be barred from using services like this under the law where you are. You must not have been removed from Ronda before.
We verify age and identity. Providing false information, or using anyone else’s identity or documents, ends your account permanently.
3. Your account
- One account per person.
- You choose male or female when you sign up, and it cannot be changed afterwards. It decides which side of the service you are on: who pays and who is paid. Choose carefully.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
- Do not sell, rent, share or transfer your account.
4. Minutes
Minutes are a prepaid right to use Ronda for that length of call time. They are not money, not currency, not a deposit, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- Prices are shown before you buy and may change. A change never affects minutes you already hold.
- Minutes do not expire.
- Minutes are not refundable for cash. Once bought, they can be spent on calls and nothing else. Please be sure before you buy.
- Time is counted by the second, only while both people are actually connected.
- The first seconds of every match are free to you, so moving on to the next person costs nothing. There is a limit on how many free starts you get per hour.
- Waiting to be matched is never charged.
- When your balance reaches zero the call ends. Your balance cannot go negative.
Nothing here overrides a right you have under Ontario consumer protection law or the law where you live.
5. If you are paid
You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, partner or agent. You choose when you are online, who you talk to, and when to end a call.
- You are paid $25.00 USD per hour of connected call time, calculated by the second.
- You are paid for the free opening seconds too. The other person is not charged for them; we cover that ourselves, so being skipped repeatedly does not cost you your time.
- Earnings are held for 7 days before they can be withdrawn. This is how we catch payment fraud before money leaves.
- Minimum withdrawal is $20.00 USD. There may be a daily limit.
- You must be identity-verified before you can be matched or paid.
- The payout details you give us must be an account in your own name.
- Tax is yours. We do not withhold or remit anything. What you earn here is your responsibility to declare where you live.
- You are never required to do anything on a call you do not want to do, and you can end any call at any time without losing what you have already earned.
6. How you must behave
The community guidelines are part of these terms. Read them. In particular: nobody under 18, no recording or sharing any part of a call, no threats or blackmail, no pre-recorded video, and nothing without the other person’s consent.
Do not take it off Ronda. Do not exchange contact details, ask to continue elsewhere, or arrange payment outside Ronda.
7. What happens on a call
Video and audio travel directly between the two browsers wherever possible. We do not record calls, and we do not watch them. Chat messages are passed between browsers and are not stored — when the call ends they are gone.
You keep all rights to your own image and voice. You give us only the permission needed to transmit them to the person you are calling, for the duration of that call, and nothing more.
Because we do not record, we usually cannot verify what happened on a call. Reports are still investigated using everything else available to us.
8. Suspension and removal
We may warn, suspend or permanently remove an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, and may freeze a balance while we look into something.
What happens to money in a removed account depends on why it was removed:
- Fraud, being underage, or non-consensual content: unspent minutes and unpaid earnings are forfeited, and we may report to law enforcement.
- Anything else: you are paid any earnings you are owed, subject to the usual hold, and the account is closed. Unspent minutes are not refundable for cash, as above.
You can close your own account at any time from your profile.
9. Things we do not promise
Ronda is provided as it is. We do not promise that anyone will be available to talk to, that a call will connect, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that anyone you meet is who they say they are.
We do not control what another person does on a call. Use your judgement, and use the report and block buttons.
10. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what another person does. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous three months, or $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they do not apply to you.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ronda after that means you accept it. If you do not, close your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer somewhere with its own protections, this does not take those away from you.
